Get in touch
I read everything. I cannot answer everything.
Last updated 26 July 2026 · Written and answered by one person, in the evenings
I read every message that arrives here. Every single one, usually the same evening.
I cannot reply to every one, and I would rather say that now than leave you refreshing your inbox. This site is written after work by one person with a day job. What follows is exactly what gets an answer and what probably will not, so you can decide whether it is worth your time to write.
Send me something
Fields marked as required must be completed before sending.
What happens after you press send
I read messages in batches a few evenings a week. The steps below explain what to expect after getting in touch.
Always answered
Privacy and data requests, within 30 days, because that is the legal deadline in Québec and I intend to meet it. Corrections, usually the same week, with a note on the page saying what changed and when.
Answered when I can
Anything where my reply would change what you do next. A question about a bonus term I have actually tested. A casino suggestion that fits the queue. Give me two weeks before you assume it vanished.
Read, but probably not answered
General questions I have already covered on the site, requests for a personal recommendation, and operator pitches. That is not rudeness, it is arithmetic: a few hundred messages against a few evenings a week. If two weeks pass with nothing, take it as read rather than lost.
The messages I would genuinely like to get
- Corrections. A bonus that changed, a limit that moved, a broken link, a number I got wrong. This is the single most useful thing you can send me, and it always gets a reply.
- Something you did not understand. If an explanation here did not land, that is my fault and worth fixing for the next person.
- Where I sound biased. This site earns commission. An outside eye catches drift faster than mine does, and I would rather hear it from you than not hear it.
- A casino worth testing, with a sentence on why.
What I cannot help with
I cannot get your money back from a casino
This is the message I receive most often and the one I am least able to answer. I do not work for any operator, I have no account access, no influence over a payout and no way to escalate anything for you.
What I can do is point you at the process that does work. The how to complain about a casino page walks through it step by step, including the free mediation services that get real money returned to real players. Start there tonight. It will help you far more than waiting for my reply.
I also cannot tell you whether gambling is legal for you personally, recommend a strategy for winning, or predict what a slot is about to do. On the first, talk to a lawyer in your province. On the other two, nobody can, and anyone who says otherwise wants something from you.
If you are struggling, do not wait for me
If your message is about gambling that has stopped feeling like a choice, please do not sit waiting on a reply from a stranger with a day job. Free confidential lines are answered around the clock by people trained for exactly this, and you do not have to be in crisis to call.
In Québec: 1-800-461-0140, or 514-527-0140 in Montréal. Every other province is listed on the responsible gambling page.
Prefer email?
To reach me by email instead, write to [email protected]. There is no phone line, because promising one and then not answering it would be worse than not having one.
I answer in English or French, whichever you write in.
For operators
You are welcome to write and I will read it. To save us both time: I do not accept payment for positive coverage, I do not send pages for approval before publication, and I do not remove criticism. If something I published is factually wrong, send evidence and I will correct it publicly and quickly, which is a better outcome for you than the alternative.
